Rules
General Rules
1. The minimum age for this community is 13 years of age. If you do not reach this requirement, you will not be accepted into any departments. This varies between departments, so please ensure it with the department command before applying.
2. Colored text and special symbols are not permitted in your in-game name
3. No soundboards are permitted in-game or in Discord. This includes any and all dispatch tones, fire tones, sirens, and music.
4. No voice changers are permitted in-game or in Discord. This includes making your voice deeper, higher or warped with a voice changer.
5. No derogatory terms are permitted in-game, in Discord, or whilst in conversation about the server. There will be no exceptions made.
6. No disrespect will be permitted in-game, in Discord, or whilst in conversation about the server. There will be no exceptions made. Violating this rule will result in strike or removal from the community.
7. No asking or begging for promotions is permitted. Doing so will result in a strike and a possible demotion.
8. You must be able to speak English fluently, or to a point of clear understanding.
9. No excessive use of OOC Chat is permitted while in-game. Absolutely no OOC talk is permitted in voice chat. Doing so will result in an instant strike with no exceptions.
10. Do not ask about strikes once you’ve received one. Fill out a ticket in #contact-support on our Discord.
Roleplay Rules
All of the following rules are not permitted to be broken and doing so will result in immediate action.
1. Fail Roleplay - an event surrounding an action that your character commits that is not probable or would not happen in real life.
2. Random Deathmatch - killing without any roleplay or general reasoning.
3. Vehicle Deathmatch - killing with a vehicle without any roleplay or general reasoning.
4. New Life Rule - anything that happened before a character's death is to be forgotten upon revival. If your character is given a life sentence arrest (Murder, Murder of Leo, 1000 second jail sentence) this character should not be used again. Also, if you are part of a scene and get transported to medical or jail, do not return to the existing scene. This is a heavily enforced rule and action will be taken if not followed by all members.
5. Theft of PD Vehicles including theft of Fire Department vehicles including, Engines, Rescues, Command Cars, etc. will not be permitted.
6. Using Heavy Weapons, Light Machine Guns, or Sniper Rifles - an exception is made for the Hunting Rifle and for SWAT's .50 caliber rifle.
7. Driving through or around LEO/FD Roadblocks - an exception is made if told to pass by a scene commander.
8. No Explosives- any grenades, sticky bombs. An exception can be made upon owner approval.
9. Cop Baiting - can consist of doing anything illegal blatantly in front of a Law Enforcement Officer or trying to constantly gain their attention.
10. Military Roleplay - any use of military equipment and names such as Army, Marine Corps, Navy, and Airforce for a roleplay.
11. Vehicle Weapons- any use of weapons that may be added to vehicles at any point in time. An exception can be made upon owner approval.
12. Use of supercars/high-end sports cars in the upper map/county area. They are allowed in the Los Santos area.
13. Use of apocalypse vehicles, or any other vehicles near this category.
14. Use of custom vehicles is for registered members only.
15. No armored vehicles or vehicles with weapons.
16. No ERP. [EROTIC ROLEPLAY]
17. No Metagaming/Powergaming.
18. No speed boost/speed enhancement(Keep vehicle speed realistic)
19. Shooting is not allowed during Priority Cooldown or Peacetime.
20. Use of MK2 weapons is not permitted.
21. Understand Fear RP. Example: If you have guns pointed at you by police or armed civilians do not pull out a gun and start shooting, because realistically you would be shot at the moment you reached for it.
22. Any form of COVID-19/Corona Virus RP is not permitted.
23. Bank Robberies/Animal RP/Special RP must be approved by civilian command.
24. Any RP scene involving more than 3 units is classified as a priority.
25. Fear RP. This means that if you have a gun pointed at you, you should not call over radio as PD/FD. This means you should not pull a gun as a civilian once you are already at gunpoint.
